Our order processing form requests a variety of contact information which we need for delivering and (occasionally) solving problems with orders. Your credit and contact information will be submitted to our merchant bank to verify your order. • Consumer Agreement
• Order Cancellation Order cancellations can only be accepted prior to the delivery or shipment of the gift. And are subject to a 25% processing fee. Cancellation of volume orders will be subject to a non-refund of deposit. Substitutions Due to high demand, occasionally it is necessary for items to be substituted. When this occurs the item will be substituted for another item of equal or greater value. This may include either the actual container or a specific product.



• Shipping & Delivery
• Shipping Policy The JG Designs and Events? shipping charges includes the processing, handling and shipping cost of the gift ordered. UPS, DHL, and SpeeDee Delivery are our preferred shipping services. Shipping usually takes 2 ? 7 business days depending on destination. There will be NO REFUNDS for orders with the incorrect shipping address. Food items cannot be returned. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays will be shipped the next business day. Changes in Shipping Information If the shipping address has changed after the order has been placed, please contact us immediately and we will make necessary changes. If the gift has already been picked up by the shipping company, we will need to reroute the package to the correct address. In this case, a rerouting fee of $25.00 will be charged to your credit card. You are responsible for providing the correct address. This includes: recipient name, company name (if applicable), street number, floor, suite, or apartment number and zip code.
